What the host provides

  • A room or video call that supports writing and pair work
  • A screen or board and a worksheet for each participant
  • Photography, recording and feedback rules agreed in advance
  • A realistic follow-up route for a 30-day experiment

Privacy and safe measurement

Participants do not have to give their stories or worksheets to the host. Aggregate completion of a hypothesis, experiment and review date can be measured without collecting personal content, ranking talent or assessing job suitability.
