STRENGTH → DIRECTION → PROOF

Discover what you are genuinely good at. Turn it into a direction you can test.

Not another quiz that gives you a label, and not someone else choosing a profession for you. We start with real stories about work you did well, identify the action pattern across them, and translate it into a direction and a practical experiment.

The real problem

Sometimes you do not lack options. You have too many.

Advice about degrees and titles does not always reveal the kind of problem where you create unusual value. This process moves from titles to evidence: what you did, who benefited, when you were at your best, and what to test next.

Three steps. Not a verdict about who you are.

01

Strength

Gather three to five concrete stories, not a list of broad traits.

02

Direction

Compare two or three contexts where the same strength is central to real work.

03

Proof

Design a 14–30 day action that produces an artifact, exposure or behavioral feedback.

Who it is for

  • Students and recent graduates comparing plausible paths
  • Young founders clarifying the role that best fits them inside a venture
  • People who know what interests them but not where they create the most value
  • People willing to test a direction through action, not reflection alone

What it is not

Not psychological or licensed vocational assessment, therapy, recruitment, placement or a promise of success. You retain the choice.

Your mentor

Nir Yafe

Entrepreneur and former technology executive, and a mentor to early-stage entrepreneurs. Mentor in the Unistream program for five years and in a youth startup championship. His approach combines deep listening with entrepreneurial thinking: identify a demonstrated pattern, choose a direction that can be tested, and learn through action.

The method creates hypotheses and experiments; it does not replace a licensed professional.

Questions before you begin

Is this a strengths test?

No. It is a story- and behavior-led process that creates a hypothesis you can test and revise.

Will you tell me which career to choose?

No. The process helps gather evidence and compare contexts; you retain the choice.

Do I need a direction already?

No. Bring a willingness to examine real stories and take one small real-world step.

Can this be remote?

Yes, subject to fit and capacity. In-person work is available in Southern, Central Israel or Jerusalem.
